VIP Beach Parking Card
Villa Liam provides a card that grants free access to the parking area near the most beautiful beaches on the northern coast of Portoferraio: Sottobomba, Capo Bianco, and Padulella.

With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Liam comfortably accommodates 10 to 11 guests, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. The living spaces are spread over two levels and tastefully furnished, offering a relaxing and practical stay in the green heart of Elba Island.

Useful information to know before booking
- Groups of guests under the age of 25 are not allowed.
- Pool opening: from May 1st to October 5th, 2025.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
- Security deposit: €500. Refunded within 48 hours after departure by credit card, or if paid in cash, returned on the day of check-out after 3:00 p.m.
- Bed linen and towels: €20 per person, to be requested at the time of booking – not available on site.
- Access to the villa is via an unpaved road, as it is located within a natural park.
- Upon request, up to 3 additional beds can be added, for a maximum capacity of 14 people.
