Smeraldo Apartment is located on the first and top floor of a small fully renovated building. Access is via a private external staircase, ensuring independence and privacy.
The entrance opens onto a bright and welcoming living area, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children) and a large TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a practical dining area. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with private bathroom and a second twin bedroom with pull-out bed. A second bathroom with a spacious, contemporary-style shower completes the property.
Although the apartment doesn’t have a reserved parking space, it is possible to park easily in the open area just below the building.

- Security deposit: €150. Refunded after inspection of the property; if paid in cash, returned on the day of check-out after 3:00 p.m.
- Bed linen and towels: €20 per person, to be requested at the time of booking – not available on site.
